Paul Watson for Representative

I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit the Vote Paul Watson website. I
am a conservative Republican candidate. I hope to give you some insight as to who I
am, my beliefs, and what I stand for. If you have any questions or concerns, please

Over the last several months, I have become very concerned about the direction of
our nation and our state. It seems that we have lost our way, and many of our
elected leaders in Washington and in Tallahassee have promised change and then
have lost touch with the people that they represent.

I don’t know about you, but I think that we have had about all of the change we can
stand. What we need now is remembrance. We need to remember that our country
was built by men and women who desired economic and religious freedom, and we
need to safeguard that freedom against liberals who have a different agenda.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about our state’s economy. I am a seventh
generation Floridian and resident of District 11, and I know that my grandparents and
parents made significant personal sacrifices to give their children more opportunity
than what they had. Like you, I want to be able to do the same for my children.

As your next state representative, I will work hard to create the kind of economic
environment needed to create job growth. I will take a stand to limit spending and to
keep from raising taxes or fees. I will also work with the Office of the Speaker to
create an economic diversification committee to review and phase out the red tape
and regulations that sometimes keep corporate headquarters from re-locating to
Florida.

Finally, you can count on me to stand up for the values that we hold dear. I am
pro-life, I am pro-second amendment, I believe in reasonable and accountable
spending, and I will not waiver on these principles.
